New Student Registration

Daytime Registration

Registration takes place at each elementary and middle school during each school day. Middle Schools are open between 7:30 and 2:30 each day and Elementary Schools are open between 8:00 and 3:30 each day. Calling the school to set up an appointment would make the process easier for both the families and the school. If you need information or have questions regarding which school your child will attend, please call the Superintendent's Office at 432-1210.

Registration Paper Work

Please bring the following paperwork to registration:

• Child's Birth Certificate (This is for all students entering the Derry Cooperative School District)
• 2 Proof of Residency (lease agreement, purchase and sales, utility bills, etc)
• Immunization Records
• Custody Papers or other Legal Documents

For your convenience, the school registration form may be printed and completed prior to school visit.
